Mative connects a rental or leasing company's vehicles to Mative Cloud TC. GPS trackers and CAN Bus readers send location, mileage, fuel levels, and impact data; the Car Rental module manages customers, contracts, pickups, and returns; Emergency Center and MAVI communicate with customers. It works with vehicles from different manufacturers without replacing the systems you already use.

Contracts with signatures and OTPs, photos upon pickup and return, and CaRGOS notifications to the State Police: all included in the Car Rental module. The odometer reading is recorded by the tracking device.

After a collision, someone calls
After a collision, an SOS, or movement while the engine is off, Emergency Center calls the vehicle's designated contact person via a voice assistant. It explains what happened and, if anyone is injured, instructs the contact to call 112.

Maintenance and fuel based on actual use
The Synapsis Smart CAN Bus reader monitors fuel levels, engine temperature, and mileage: plan maintenance based on actual usage and see which vehicles aren't being used much.

Does the Car Rental module send CaRGOS reports?
Yes. In addition to maintaining customer records and contracts with signatures and OTPs, it sends the CaRGOS notification to the State Police and records delivery and return with photos.
What happens if a rental car is involved in an accident?
The tracking device alerts the system to the collision, and Emergency Center calls the vehicle's designated contact: it explains what happened and, if anyone is injured, instructs them to call 112. The call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized by Synapsis ML.
What happens if a rental car is stolen?
If the vehicle moves with the engine off, Emergency Center calls the vehicle's contact within seconds with a voice assistant. In Fleet Monitor you follow its location in real time, get an alert when it leaves the geofence, and immobilize the engine remotely to recover it quickly.
