Connected intelligence for the warehouse

A platform for warehouse and fleet management

Mative connects forklifts, goods, and warehouse personnel to Mative Cloud TC. Proximity sensors, access control systems, and RFID readers send data to the platform. There, the SCADA module displays the data, and Synapsis Analysis analyzes it for compliance checks, equipment usage, and scheduled maintenance—including for distribution vehicles.

What it solves

Warehouse problems we solve

  1. 01

    Forklift safety

The proximity detection system alerts the operator with visual and audible signals when a pedestrian is nearby, without the need for wearable sensors. The access control system restricts use of the forklift to qualified operators, and safety lights project a signal around the vehicle.

  2. 02

    Accidents to be investigated

The video recorder saves footage when an event occurs—such as a collision or speeding—and supports up to four cameras. Proximity events are recorded and used for safety training.

  3. 03

    Idle or underutilized forklifts

Consolidate data on all equipment: see how it's being used, which vehicles are idle, and how to balance the workload across the fleet. The system also flags unauthorized use and operations outside of scheduled hours.

  4. 04

    Failures that halt operations

The system monitors status indicators, such as engine hours and hydraulic activity, and records a history of maintenance work. Synapsis ML detects early warning signs of a failure, allowing you to schedule maintenance during periods of lower traffic.

  5. 05

    Paper-based checks and inspections

Digital checklists replace paper-based audits and inspections and generate documentation that is always ready for audits. Compliance monitoring flags violations early, and safety data is incorporated into reports.

  6. 06

    Pallets and shipments to track

Long-range RFID readers track pallets and goods from several meters away and display warehouse flow. With location tracking and geofencing, you can also track delivery vehicles all the way to the point of delivery.

  • Pedestrian proximity detection

    Pedestrian proximity detection

It detects pedestrians and obstacles with high precision, without the need for wearable sensors, and alerts the operator with visual and audible signals. It records data for safety coaching.

  • Industrial vehicle access control

    Industrial vehicle access control

Restrict access to the forklift to qualified operators, enforce safety rules before startup, and track operator activities.

  • Visual warning lights

    Visual warning lights

Warning lights that project signals around the forklift: the forklift's movement is visible even in noisy environments, and pedestrians are at less risk.

  • Long-range RFID readers

    Long-range RFID readers

They track pallets and goods from several meters away and, when integrated with Mative systems, display warehouse flows in real time.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the IoT in warehouses

Does pedestrian detection require wearable sensors?

No. The proximity system detects pedestrians and obstacles with high precision without the need for wearable sensors and alerts the operator with visual and audible signals. It also records data, which you can use for safety coaching.

How do I limit forklifts to qualified operators?

With access control for industrial vehicles: it restricts forklift use to qualified operators and automatically applies safety checks before startup. It tracks operator activities, and the data is included in compliance reports.

Does Mative also cover delivery vehicles?

Yes. The platform covers both fixed equipment and road vehicles: configurable tracking and geofencing link warehouse operations to distribution routes, from the warehouse all the way to delivery.
