Use case
On-board material weight estimation
Mative estimates the weight of the material being handled directly on the machine itself, using its platform and hardware. Sensors installed on the machines measure the angle of the arms, hydraulic pressure, and cylinder extension. The platform processes these parameters together to provide an accurate estimate of the material moved. This allows you to plan your activities more effectively and make better use of your resources.

Can I weigh the material being handled by the machine?
Yes, with on-board weighing kits: one uses hydraulic pressure, the other uses axle height. The estimate can also combine arm inclination, pressure, and cylinder extension. Contact us to find out which solution is right for your vehicle.
