Mative connects excavators, dump trucks, and service vehicles used in quarries and mines—regardless of brand—to Mative Cloud TC, even in remote areas and harsh environments. The Site Monitor module displays them on a map, while the weighing kits—Synapsis Smart CAN Bus and Synapsis DualCam—collect load and engine data as well as video from the cab.

Heavy-duty vehicles operate in close proximity to people on rough terrain. Synapsis DualCam uses AI to detect driver fatigue and distraction, issues alerts in the cab, and records video footage documenting the events.

Theft and unauthorized use
A vehicle parked in a remote location is vulnerable to theft. Tracking provides its location, geofencing alerts you when it leaves the authorized area or moves outside of authorized hours, and remote immobilization helps recover it.

Unexpected machine downtime
The calendar does not account for actual wear and tear. Synapsis Smart CAN Bus reads fuel levels, temperatures, and error codes from the CAN bus, while engine cycles and hydraulic pressure help you plan maintenance.

On-board weighing kits measure the load in real time, either by hydraulic pressure or by axle height. They tell you the quantity and type of material moved by each vehicle, so you know how much work each machine has done.

Can I track vehicles from different manufacturers?
Yes. Mative Cloud TC collects data from nearly all IoT devices, manufacturer feeds, and enterprise applications. Excavators, dump trucks, and service vehicles from different brands are thus displayed on the same map and in the same reports.
How do you measure the weight of the loaded material?
There are two kits available: one measures hydraulic pressure, and the other measures axle height—that is, how much the suspension deflects under load. Talk to us about it, and we'll help you find the right kit for your vehicle.
How can I protect vehicles from theft at remote locations?
The tracker sends the location, geofencing alerts you when the vehicle leaves the designated area or moves outside of scheduled hours, and you can remotely immobilize the vehicle. The activity logs show who used it.
